Policy for Returns and Refunds
Label Kavya Singh Kundu assures customers about the quality of products purchased through our website. However, if you are not happy with the product, we will exchange / refund it for you if it meets the following conditions:
- An incorrect product has been delivered to you i.e. the product does not match the item in the order confirmation email
- If the product you receive has a genuine quality/manufacturing defect.
- If the goods are delivered to you in a damaged condition, please email us at: email@example.com with a photograph of the product as well as the invoice details
- Please contact our care team within 48 hours of receiving the product via email at firstname.lastname@example.org or call at +91 9871282288 from Monday to Friday. between 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM (IST). We will investigate the issue and respond to you within 48 working hours.
- Please ensure that the product you return is unused, unworn and the original tags are intact. Goods that are damaged/without tags will be returned to the customer. We hope it does not come to this, but should the goods returned to us fail to meet our returns standards, the cost of returning it to you will have to be borne by you.
- There will be no returns or exchanges for products made to custom measurements
- We do not provide the option of exchange for reasons like colour mismatch and exchange for size
- We hold the sole discretion to determine whether a refund can be issued
- Return requests received after 48 hours of receipt will not qualify for returns

- We will be happy to, following a quality check and at our discretion, offer you a refund. This will be processed within 14 business days
- Any refund will be made in the original method of payment, except COD which will be refunded into customer’s bank account after verification and if necessitated.
